Charles Hood has been granted a stay of execution tonight. With TWO stayed executions and only one carried out (Karl Chamberlain) since the supreme court ruled in the Kentucky case that the lethal injection didn’t breach the 8th amendment. It makes me think Texas have made a faux pas somewhere in the last 12 month. Lets see how much cover up Gov. Perry is willing to pay for…. I thinks maybe someone staged an insurance job on the old governor’s mansion to pay the family of the wrongfully executed!!
